Keyboardist Wanted

Does anyone know how hard it is to find a female keyboardist? Ive been on that search for a very long time and I need your help friends!! Im in a rather progressive metal band out of Minneapolis Minnesota, on the verge of signing to Century Media, and we have a sound that crosses, in a nutshell, Winds of Plague and Soilwork! We desperately need a keyboardist and prefer to have a female one! Anyone interested or has any ideas PLEEEZ hit me up!
